David Noyes Wines 2004 Russian River, Dutton Ranch Pinot Noir receives an excellent score at the 5th annual Pinot Noir Shootout! Professional tasters selected our wine, out of 277, for a more rigorous evaluation first alone then with food. Our wine out-performed 29 others, scoring 3rd overall in its selected group. An experienced panel tasted 277 California, Oregon and other pinots in groups of 32 over the course of several weeks to select a group for the final evaluations, and for a public tasting, held February 10th in San Francisco.
